Since 1929, the Magic Fountain has been the focal point of the water and light ensemble on Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina in Barcelona. It is one of the city’s most emblematic landmarks. To bring the fountain even closer to the public, the Barcelona City Council entrusted us with several communication pieces. We prepared the content and design and produced various exhibition panels that visually explain how the fountain works.  

Through this material, the viewer can dive deep into the fountain to discover how each mechanism functions and learn more about the surprising technology designed by the water and light magician Carles Buigas. 

This project won an Anuaria Award for best infographic of 2012.
