As part of the government’s policy of guaranteeing access to environmental information for all citizens, Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalonian government) publishes annual reports on the state of the environment, with the main indicators in this area in Catalonia. In addition, it produces a more complete report that analyses the environmental evolution in the Catalan territory over four-year periods, and an executive summary with the most relevant data.

At Anthesis we have been collaborating for years writing and designing these reports. The most recent assignment was to prepare the multi-year report for the period 2020-2023 and the development of a new summary document, more visual and synthetic. The report is structured around 9 chapters, differentiated by a colour code, which deals with each environmental aspect analysed and with the same narrative thread of information: status / pressure / response / indicators with the main figures.
