Espai Far is a museum located in Vilanova i la Geltrú and formed, on the one hand, by the Museum of the Sea and the Víctor Rojas Space and, on the other hand, by the Roig Toqués Museum of Seafaring Curiosities. It is coordinated by the Department of Culture of the Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council. Anthesis Lavola manages the Espai Far, handling visitor services and educational workshops, among other things. One of the activities we developed is an escape room in which students find a trunk full of puzzles they have to solve using different items from the museum. 

The topic of the escape room is the first fisherwomen, who serve as inspiration for the graphic design. A robust and dishevelled woman pays tribute to the women who came before her and fought for the opportunity to do their job despite the difficulties they encountered. We created a typeface specifically for the project which contains vertical elements that end in hooks, like fishing rods. We based the colours and materials on elements related to the sea and fishing: blue, black and grey and nets, wood and glass bottles.
