URA, the Basque Water Agency, is the public entity responsible for managing water policy in the Basque Country. We work with URA to find the best format for explaining the water management model to other agencies, organizations and the general public. We eventually designed paper- and digital-format infographics accompanied by an animated video.  

The main theme of our graphic proposal was inspired in a flowing river, from source to mouth. This river guides the reader from one page to the next. Characters and situations gently pop up around the river, emulating the water’s flow.
